Petition

Where as, the United States Post Master General solicits new ideas for postage stamp creation, to educate and entertain the mailing public, and; Where as, I believe in the historical significance, value and the overall national amusement and interest in the authenticity of Historically Black Colleges and Universities; I hereby submit my name (and organization), to petition the Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Committee, to recognize my full support in the creation of a United States Postage Stamp(s) that will honor and recognize Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
